Jigsaw Therapy is a small allied health business supporting children and families across Adelaide. We seek to inspire by providing a tailored and person-centred approach intended to motivate and encourage people with disabilities to achieve their goals and aspirations. We aim to empower our clients to develop their confidence and gain more choice and control of their lives. We will advocate with and for people with disabilities, through collaboration and communication, ensuring they are heard.

About the Role

We're looking for part time and full time Occupational Therapists to join our growing team, who are passionate about supporting people to build independence, confidence and meaningful participation in their everyday lives. Our participants range from young children to adults and we shape caseloads around your strengths, interests and clinical experience.

You'll deliver community‑based occupational therapy to NDIS participants across the lifespan, with the option to work from our two clinic hubs. The role offers variety, person‑centred support and a strong foundation in evidence‑based practice.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Completing assessments and delivering goal‑focused interventions
  • Supporting daily living skills, emotional regulation, sensory needs, motor development and community participation
  • Working collaboratively with families, carers, support coordinators, educators and other allied health professionals
  • Delivering therapy in homes, schools, the clinic and community environments
  • Maintaining high‑quality documentation and progress reports

About You

  • Tertiary qualifications in Occupational Therapy
  • Full AHPRA‑registered Occupational Therapist (new grads welcome)
  • Experience or interest in paediatric occupational therapy
  • Passionate about person‑centred, evidence‑based practice
  • Confident working in community settings
  • Strong communication and report‑writing skills
  • Knowledge of the NDIS (or willingness to learn)
  • Organised, proactive and values‑driven
  • Working with Children Check and NDIS Worker Screen (or willingness to obtain)
  • South Australian driver's licence and reliable car
  • Australian working rights
