About Kid Sense

Kid Sense Child Development is a well established business providing Occupational Therapy and Speech Pathology services to children, adolescents and young adults in the clinic, in-community and on-line.

All OT's have suspension equipment for sensory fun as well as floor space for whole body and floor play.

It's also why we offer all therapists a personal PD budget to spend their way (eg attending courses, purchasing books, investing in resources) as well as hosting whole team professional development days once a term, to ensure we're on top of the latest research in best practice.

As a part of our dedication to being a neuro-diverse affirming practice, we are committed to listening to the voices of autistic and neuro-divergent people in guiding our therapy and decision making. This has shaped the training resources that we provide to our team.

Our commitment to creating an affirming and inclusive space extends also to our workplace and staff, acknowledging that our whole team benefits from diversity within. Staff flexibility and accommodations are developed on an individual basis.
