We're looking for a People Business Partner who thrives in complexity and wants to shape the future of work for our global technology community. This is a global role with reach , you'll partner with senior technology leaders across continents, influence decisions that shape capability and culture, and help our teams deliver their best work.

This isn't a "learn the ropes" or "growth" role. It's for someone who's already mastered the fundamentals of HR business partnering and is ready to operate on a broader, global stage.

Let's talk about what you'll do

  • Partner strategically with senior IT and Technology leaders to define and deliver the people strategy that supports their business objectives .

  • Lead workforce and organisation design — ensuring structure, skills, and leadership capability are fit for both today's priorities and tomorrow's ambitions.

  • Advise with influence — coach leaders on performance, talent, and change, bringing clarity and confidence to complex decisions.

  • Shape culture and engagement across global teams; help build connection, collaboration, and belonging in a highly technical, fast-moving environment.

  • Collaborate globally with People Centres of Excellence to deliver integrated solutions across talent, reward, learning, and DEI.

  • Use insight and data to drive decisions and measure impact, not just activity.

  • Champion organisational effectiveness ensuring ResMed's people practices enable agility, innovation, and accountability.

  • Deep business partnering experience — ideally in complex, matrixed, or global settings.

  • Confidence and credibility working with senior leaders, especially in technical or engineering environments.

  • The ability to navigate ambiguity and make sound, pragmatic decisions quickly.

  • Analytical strength: you're fluent in using data to tell a story and influence outcomes.

  • Strong communication and relationship skills — trusted, clear, and human.

  • A mindset of curiosity and continuous improvement; you look for better ways, not more process.
