About the Role

As a Ticketing Specialist, you'll help deliver a seamless ticketing experience for members and fans. You'll support ticketing for home and away games, finals, and special events, and ensure every supporter feels connected.

Your key responsibilities include:

  • Make sure tickets are delivered on time and accurately
  • Support the ticketing plan with ideas and improvements
  • Coordinate ticketing for matches and special access needs
  • Keep ticketing inventory up to date and accurate
  • Assist with home game operations, including cheer squad setup and box office service

This is a full-time, permanent role. Weekend work during AFL/W season is part of the role, with a rostered day off provided.


What You'll Bring

We're looking for someone who:

  • Has experience with ticketing systems or CRMs
  • Communicates clearly and works well with others
  • Pays attention to detail and solves problems effectively
  • Brings experience in events or ticketing (preferred, not essential)
  • Current or willingness to obtain a National Police Clearance and Working with Children Check
