Our clients live mainly across Melbourne's eastern suburbs — from Ringwood, Mitcham and Doncaster, through Bayswater, Boronia and Nunawading, to Lilydale, Healesville, Yarra Junction and Olinda.

As part of our team, you'll be making a meaningful impact every day by:

  • Supporting clients with personal care (showering, grooming, toileting)
  • Helping around the home (cleaning, laundry, meal preparation)
  • Providing companionship and social support
  • Driving clients to appointments and community outings
  • Offering respite care to families in need of a break

To be considered for a Support Worker role you must have:

  • Certificate III in Aged Care/Individual Support (minimum qualification) or
  • Certificate IV in Disability or
  • RN & EN Nursing students are encouraged to apply
  • Aged/Disability Care students are encouraged to apply
  • Good communication skills

In addition to this you must also hold or willing to obtain:

  • Current First Aid and CPR
  • NDIS Workers Screening Check
  • Current National Police Check
  • Current Working with Children Check
  • Own reliable, registered vehicle with comprehensive insurance (*comprehensive insurance required for Support Workers only) & current Australian Drivers License
  • Reliable mobile phone
  • Must be fully vaccinated (COVID)

Job Type: Casual

Pay: $35.15 – $76.10 per hour
