Position: Real Estate Sales Agent

Type: Full-Time / Commission-Based

Your Role:

  • Build strong relationships with buyers, sellers, and the community
  • Represent our brand with professionalism and genuine care
  • Host open homes and guide clients through every stage of the sale
  • Negotiate effectively to achieve great results for clients
  • Contribute to a positive and supportive team environment

We're Looking For Someone Who:

  • Has a real estate licence and minimum two years sales experience
  • Is self-motivated and has a proven ability to manage their own case-load and listings
  • Brings enthusiasm, energy, and empathy to every interaction
  • Thrives on learning, growth, and teamwork
