THE OPPORTUNITY

Dentists Are you looking for a tree change away from the hustle and bustle of the city, have a more consistent patient flow, very busy books and the opportunity to perform more complex and high-end dentistry on a regular basis?

We are hiring for a rare opportunity with a beautiful 4-chair dental practice in the heart of Tamworth. The practice is situated in a busy shopping centre and also has an actual lab run by a Prosthetist.

The books are flowing, there is a shortage of dentists and the demand is huge, with a 10:1 patient-to-dentist ratio. Tamworth and surrounding areas have a catchment population of 100,000+ and only 10-12 dental practices—you'll be busy here.

  • You can call the shots and the clinic can work around you. You'll also be provided with direct marketing support
  • Opportunity to earn above normal Associate income
  • You'll work with an OHT and Prosthetist too

Tamworth also has an airport serviced by Qantas and Virgin daily.

ABOUT YOU

  • You are a qualified Dentist and you're a patient-centric clinician, excellent communicator and relationship-builder;
  • You are highly proficient in general dentistry and either have extensive experience or would like to step into crown and bridge, veneers, full mouth rehabs, implants, cosmetic, Invisalign or orthodontics or you've done your studies in those areas and want more hands-on experience and guidance
  • You prioritise patient education and providing quality care
  • You are a team player, you like working in collaborative environments where cases can be discussed amongst peers
  • You have a friendly chairside manner and have the ability to communicate well and make anyone feel comfortable
  • You may be open to performing (or learning) other complex dental procedures and you are comfortable performing general dental procedures
  • You have AHPRA registration without conditions
  • You hold current professional indemnity insurance
  • You have a growth mindset and are always open to improvement and learning new things
