Design and support enterprise-grade application systems and infrastructure, collaborating with stakeholders to deliver robust IT solutions. - Analyze, design, and support application systems architecture and infrastructure.
- Collaborate with business stakeholders to understand processes and deliver IT solutions.
- Develop and maintain applications using technologies such as Oracle Database, Oracle Apex, JBoss EAP, Nginx, Java, HTML, REST APIs, PL/SQL, Linux, Python, PowerShell, and Azure Services.
- Utilize tools like SQL Developer, JDeveloper, SSMS, and Visual Studio for analysis and support.
- Manage fault restoration, incident resolution, and change management to ensure business continuity.
- Communicate effectively with customers, vendors, and third-party support teams.
- Work independently and collaboratively within a team environment.
- Demonstrate strong attention to detail and sound decision-making and problem-solving skills.
About You
- Proficiency in programming languages(Java, Python) and database technologies relevant to enterprise applications.
- Experience with cloud infrastructure platforms such as Azure and AWS.
- Strong understanding of IT solutioning and business process alignment.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Proven ability to manage multiple priorities and deliver results under pressure.
Beneficial Experience
- High degree of proficiency in procurement and supply chain data concepts and practices.
- Familiarity with Telstra Change, Incident and Security systems.
- Experience with Jira and Agile methodologies.
