Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for an Adviser Support position located in Toowoomba, QLD. The Adviser Support will assist with the day-to-day tasks of providing technical and customer support, shaping client strategies with an Adviser and coordinating requirements for client meetings. Responsibilities include handling client inquiries, managing appointments, and providing administrative assistance to advisers.

  • Proven experience in ensuring Customer Satisfaction
  • Excellent Communication skills
  • Technical Support proficiency
  • Organizational and time management skills
  • Ability to work well in a team environment
  • Previous experience in financial services is a plus
  • Relevant educational background preferred
