Construction Associate

We're working exclusively with a leading law firm looking to hire two Projects and Construction Associates (4–8 PQE) into its Sydney office. The first specialising in front-end advisory work, and the second in construction disputes.
The Roles:
You'll advise clients on front-end projects across:
- Transport (rail, road, metro), social infrastructure, water and waste
- Energy transition (renewables, storage, transmission) and conventional power
- Major precincts and PPPs
- Complex procurement strategies, project delivery and risk allocation
- Drafting and negotiating EPC/EPCM, D&C, O&M, facilities management and interface agreements
- Providing strategic advice to clients, including institutional investors, developers, and private equity funds.
OR
You'll advise and represent clients on contentious matters across:
- Major infrastructure, transport, energy, and resources projects
- Complex construction and engineering disputes, including delay, disruption, and defect claims
- Security of Payment adjudications, expert determinations, and arbitration proceedings
- Supreme Court and Federal Court litigation
