**Effective planning and implementation of CCS events on the Calendar, with duties as follows**:

- Venue bookings
- Medical staff bookings
- Referee bookings
- Trophy/ Award Organisation
- App Implementation for league ladders for competitions and timely entry of results data
- Communication with relevant sporting bodies
- Event draws and score sheets
- Event staffing
- Organisation of convenor packs
- Risk Assessment/ Insurance/ Venue Hire Contracts
- Liaise with Sport Middle Leaders and Sport Organisers regarding Gala and Season Days
- Development of Swimming, Athletics and Cross-Country Carnivals to be implemented in 2026 (earlier if possible)
- Other duties at the Chair's discretion

The role will support Catholic Colleges participating in the Catholic Colleges Sport Competition (CCS). Currently, Aquinas College, St Michael's College, Assisi College and St Joseph's College comprise the CCS.

To be eligible to be considered for this role you will:

- hold a Paid Employee Positive Notice Blue Card prior to commencement;
- be eligible to work in Australia for the duration of the appointment; and
- have a commitment to and understanding of the ethos and traditions of Catholic Education.
