About Us

Gladesville Towing & Haulage (GTAH) is a growing, tight-knit transport business servicing the access, construction and freight sectors across NSW and beyond. We run a fleet of 9 trucks and pride ourselves on professionalism, reliability, and a can-do attitude.

We're now looking for a motivated Administration & Operations Support team member to help manage bookings, invoicing, scheduling support, and day-to-day coordination of jobs.


The Role

This full-time, WFH role is ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment and enjoys solving problems, staying organised, and keeping the wheels turning (literally).

You don't need transport industry experience — we'll train you.


Key Responsibilities
  • Take and manage incoming job bookings from customers
  • Maintain and update the daily job schedule
  • Input jobs into our software (training provided)
  • Assist with truck tracking and job progress updates
  • Raise invoices for completed work (Square, transfer, or batch)
  • Communicate with drivers to confirm start times, updates, and key pickups
  • Monitor service intervals and maintain truck maintenance records
  • Follow up with customers on booking info and payment when needed

  • Excellent verbal and written communication
  • Problem-solving mindset and calm under pressure
  • Confident on the phone with customers
  • Great time management and attention to detail
  • Comfortable using computers and learning new systems
  • Experience with invoicing or admin (transport a bonus, not essential)
  • A team player who takes ownership of their role

Work Hours & Flexibility
  • Start Time: 6:00 AM (Monday to Friday)
  • Location: Office in Gladesville, NSW
  • Must be Sydney-based
  • WFH flexibility available once trained and confident in the role
