Land Development Solutions has been established for over 20 years and continues to undergo consistently strong growth. Our multi-disciplinary firm located is located in Broadmeadow providing Surveying, Town Planning, Engineering and Project Management services for some of the Hunters largest developments. Our consistently strong growth has created an opportunity for Surveying positions.

The Opportunity

This is an excellent opportunity for you to further your career and will ideally suit a self-motivated surveyor who is wishing to further develop their skills. Being a multi-disciplinary firm managing a large diversity of projects from urban renewal projects to greenfield developments you have the opportunity to not only further your surveying skills but also contribute to engineering, town planning and management sectors of the company if wanting to further develop your knowledge of the development industry. The successful applicant will have the opportunity to work on some of the Hunter region's largest and most reputable projects

Who we are looking for

• Qualified and experienced Surveyors
• Field party leading experience
• Have a knowledge in boundary definition procedures and computations
• Able to understand and work with engineering and architectural plans
• Have a positive and energetic attitude to working with staff and clients
• Experienced with Autocad, Magnet and Leica Surveying equipment preferred
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• A current drivers' licence
• WH&S General Construction Induction Certificate (white card)
• Proof of being able to work in Australia

Pay: $80,000.00 – $100,000.00 per year
