About the Role

In this role, you'll be responsible for planning, writing, and designing compelling marketing materials that engage our customers and strengthen our brand. From websites and social media to print collateral and email campaigns, you'll craft clear, on-brand messaging that supports the whole school photography journey.

As part of our Sales & Marketing team, you'll work closely with our photographers, production staff, and customer service teams to ensure communication is consistent, helpful, and beautifully executed.

What You'll Do

  • Create marketing materials across print and digital formats — flyers, catalogues, social media, website content, and more
  • Write and execute engaging email campaigns (EDMs), using HubSpot
  • Manage and update website content via WordPress
  • Develop customer-facing content such as FAQs, product descriptions, and parent communications
  • Maintain brand consistency across all communications and marketing.

What You'll Bring

  • 5+ years' experience in marketing, communications, or design roles
  • Strong copywriting and content creation skills across print and digital
  • Ability to manage sensitive or unexpected communications with tact and clarity, ensuring the brand is represented positively in all situations
  • Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (InDesign, Photoshop, Illustrator) and Canva
  • Experience managing websites in WordPress
  • EDM/email marketing experience, preferably with HubSpot
  • Excellent time management, communication, and collaboration skills
  • A keen eye for detail, strong layout and typography skills, and a passion for brand alignment
  • Ability to juggle multiple projects, meet deadlines, and adapt to changing priorities.
