PROCESS WORKERS

Cordina Group is an Australian market leader in the extremely competitive 'Value Added' or 'Convenience' sector. Our tasty Value-Added range of fresh meal options is quite simply unmatched, which is why we supply the majority of supermarkets in this important retail sector.

We're looking for Process Workers to join the Cordina Production team at the Girraween site in full-time capacity, various shifts available.

Requirements of the role include, but are not limited to;

  • The ability to constantly lift, push and pull light to heavy objects
  • Be a quick learner and work in multiple sections of the facility
  • Work in Cold environments
  • Handling and packing of raw chicken meat products
  • Competently comply with strict Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP) requirements
  • Work at a fast pace to meet the operational requirements of the business
  • The ability to understand and comprehend clear instructions
  • Work safely at all times with on-the-job training provided
  • Physically fit and repetitively lift 5kg- 18kg
  • The use of Electric Pallet Jacks
  • The use of Manual Pallet Jacks

To be successful in this position you must possess the following –

  • Enjoy a physically demanding job
  • Have sufficient communication skills to safely carry out your duties
  • High level of personal hygiene
  • Full working rights with NIL restrictions.
  • Be punctual and a team player
  • Enthusiastic with a can-do attitude
  • Must be an Australian Citizen or Permanent residence.

Applicants with experience in the Poultry Processing industry and or Food Manufacturing industry will be highly regarded.
