Position: Dental Receptionist/Dental Assistant

Location: West Dental & Implants

Working Hours:

  • Monday to Friday
  • No weekends

Key Responsibilities:

As a Dental Receptionist, you will:

  • Create a warm and welcoming experience for our patients.
  • Provide exceptional customer service skills to patients.
  • Liaise between patients and dentist to coordinate treatment and meet patient needs.
  • Confident communicator who can build trust with patients.
  • Manage appointments and coordinate administrative tasks.
  • Handle phone calls and ensure the smooth running of the practice.

As a Dental Assistant, you will:

  • Provide professional chairside assistance to our dentists.
  • Perform sterilization and adhere to infection control protocols.

Qualifications:

  • High school completion.
  • Previous experience as a receptionist or customer service role is preferred.
  • Experience in dental assisting and sterilisation is ideal but not a requirement.
