About Us

Cove Concreting Pty Ltd is a locally owned and family-run concreting company servicing the Sunshine Coast, Hervey Bay, and Bundaberg regions. We specialise in residential and commercial concreting — including driveways, slabs with a reputation for quality workmanship, reliability, and professionalism.

As we continue to expand, we're looking for skilled and motivated concreters to join our growing team.

The Role

We're seeking an experienced Concreter to work on a range of residential and commercial projects. You'll be responsible for carrying out all aspects of concreting work, from site preparation through to finishing, ensuring high-quality results and adherence to safety standards.

Key Responsibilities

  • Read and interpret plans and specifications.
  • Set out formwork, reinforcement, and levels.
  • Pour, screed, float, and finish concrete to required standards.
  • Operate and maintain concreting tools and equipment.
  • Work effectively within a crew to meet project timelines.
  • Maintain a clean and safe worksite.
  • Follow all WHS and company safety procedures.

Skills & Experience

  • Minimum 2 years' concreting experience (residential or commercial).
  • Sound knowledge of concreting techniques, finishes, and materials.
  • Ability to read and interpret site drawings.
  • Strong work ethic and attention to detail.
  • White Card (Construction Induction).
  • Driver's licence and reliable transport (essential).
  • Experience with decorative or exposed finishes (advantageous).
