What you will be doing

As a Senior Concreter, you'll take the lead in delivering high-standard concreting works on civil construction sites. Your experience and knowledge will be critical in supporting the team to meet project targets while maintaining quality and safety.

  • All aspects of formwork, steel fixing, and concrete pours
  • Finishing and screeding to spec
  • Reading plans and working to levels
  • Supervising or mentoring less experienced workers when needed
  • Working with site supervisors to deliver to schedule

What you will need

  • Extensive experience in civil concreting (5+ years preferred)
  • White Card
  • Ability to pass Drug and Alcohol test
  • Relevant concreting or trade qualifications (desirable)
  • Strong understanding of civil plans and site requirements
  • Ability to lead by example and work unsupervised
  • Reliable transport and a current drivers licence
