As an Electronics Technician Nuclear Submariner, your duties may include operating and maintaining electronic systems associated with the propulsion plant, including:

  • Reactor control
  • Protection and alarm system
  • Primary plant instrumentation
  • Nuclear instrumentation

Salary:

Upon completion of your initial military and employment training, you'll enjoy a salary package starting from $120,514.

Eligibility:

  • For this role, you must be at least 17 at the time of enlistment, an Australian Citizen, and have passes in Year 12 English and Maths.
