Who Informative Is:

Informative Security has been in the industry for over 24 years and our work area spans over the Sydney Metro area Installing, Servicing and Maintaining Intercoms, CCTV, Access Control and Alarm Security Systems to Strata Buildings, Hotels, Clubs, Pubs and other commercial clients.

Who We Require:

There are 2 roles we are looking to fill.

One role requires minimal experience. The successful candidate will be coached and trained to become a successful Security Technician. The Success candidate must have experience with hand & power tools with a NSW Security Licence and Driver Licence, other qualifications within the industry will be a positive with the application, e.g. Open Cablers Registration, Knowledge or experience in the industry, etc.

The other role we require an experienced Senior Security Technician to join our team who can work without supervision, and be able to show their experience through their work.

You will be required to work with minimal supervision and have a professional attitude, good communication skills and the ability to learn / absorb new information.

Job tasks and responsibilities:

  • Install, maintain & service Electronic Security Systems including Building Intercom Systems, CCTV, Access Control, and Alarms.
  • Programming of systems
  • The ability to work unsupervised.
  • Attention to detail
  • The ability to communicate effectively with the team.
  • A willingness to learn.

Licensing Requirements:

  • A Class 2C NSW Security Licence (MUST HAVE)
  • Driving Licence is (MUST HAVE)
  • Restricted or Open Cabling Registration
  • OHS Construction Induction Card (not essential)
  • EWP Licence (not essential)

ONLY Candidates with an Australian Security & Drivers Licenses will be considered. Candidates outside of Australia will not be considered in these positions. Only candidates within Australia will.
