About the role

As a Scaffolder, you will be responsible for assembling, installing, and dismantling scaffolding systems for a variety of construction and industrial projects. Your primary focus will be ensuring that all scaffolding is installed safely, securely, and in compliance with industry standards. You'll be working closely with a dynamic team, ensuring that all projects are completed on time and to the highest quality. This is a hands-on site-based role where you will have the opportunity to gain valuable experience while contributing to the success of our projects.

Ideally, we are looking for someone who has:

• A Scaffolding High Risk Licence and a current Working at Heights ticket (preferred);

• Advanced Scaffolder preferred but not essential.

• A current General Induction Card (White Card);
• Previous experience as a scaffolder (preferred, but not essential);
• A strong understanding of scaffolding safety standards and regulations;
• Ability to read and interpret plans, drawings, and specifications;
• Excellent teamwork skills and the ability to collaborate effectively with colleagues and clients;
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality workmanship;

• A current Driver's Licence;

• LR/MR/HR desirable but not essential

• Police Check and Working with Children Check maybe required for some work sites; and
• Demonstrated experience working in a fast-paced team environment
