We are now seeking a Senior Remuneration and Organisational Development Specialist, to play a pivotal role designing, implementing, and evaluating strategies and initiatives that enhance organisational effectiveness, culture, and capability.
Your Opportunity
Take the next step in your career in this senior specialist role, you'll combine expertise in remuneration, rewards and benefits with leadership in organisational development.
With integrity and resilience, you'll design and deliver frameworks that:
Create competitive, equitable and values-aligned reward structures.
Lead job architecture design, job evaluation and remuneration modelling.
Drive OD strategies that enhance culture, leadership, succession and engagement.
Shape change management, capability uplift and workforce effectiveness initiatives.
Design and facilitate workshops, training and evaluation measures to embed OD initiatives and track impact.
Ensure compliance with legislation and best practice while advising leaders on complex reward matters.

What You'll Bring
To thrive in this role, you will bring:
Expertise in remuneration and benefits frameworks.
Experience delivering impactful OD initiatives in complex settings.
Proficiency with Tier 1 HRIS (Workday highly regarded).
Strong analytical skills to interpret data and benchmarking.
Ability to influence, consult and build trusted stakeholder relationships.
Relevant tertiary or postgraduate HR qualifications.
A strong desire or experience working in the not-for-profit sector.
