Essential Requirements

• Minimum 2-3 years experience in a premium dining venue

• Personable service approach with a keen eye for detail

• Full Australian working rights

• Full availability, including evenings and weekends
• Current QLD RSA certificate

Key Responsibilities

• Lead and manage your own section during service with precision and warmth
• Provide knowledgeable recommendations on both food and wine
• Accurately process orders and communicate dietary requirements to the kitchen
• Support fellow waitstaff and maintain high standards of service throughout
• Handle billing, payment processing and resolve any guest concerns with care
