Job responsibilities:

The Assistant Store Manager is responsible for leading the Collins St team, in collaboration with the City Manager.

You will be responsible for:

  • Providing a world class client experience representing the FENDI DNA throughout the client journey
  • Continuously nurturing and cultivating client relationships
  • Contributing towards driving and maintaining operational excellence
  • Working in partnership with your Leader and key stakeholders to coach and develop your team
  • Reporting and analysis
  • Support with driving the execution of business strategies
  • Maintaining a high level of product knowledge

Profile:

Key Requirements & Competencies

  • Experience in luxury sales
  • Demonstrated people management experience
  • A lover of luxury fashion with a strong eye for detail, accompanied with experience in clienteling, knowledge of materials and appreciation for craftsmanship
  • Business development
