ABOUT THE ROLE

Our client is seeking a 
Business Development Representative Intern
 to join their fast-paced team. This is a rare opportunity for someone who wants to break into 
sales, consulting, or business development
 and gain hands-on experience on the front line.

As part of this internship, you will:

  • Make outbound calls to prospective clients as part of live lead generation campaigns.
  • Professionally represent client brands on first contact and secure meetings with decision makers.
  • Manage call lists, update CRM records, and track call outcomes in real time.
  • Report market feedback and objections to support campaign strategy.
  • Shadow senior staff and learn directly from experienced Business Development Managers.

TRAINING & SUPPORT

You will receive:

  • Full cold calling and objection-handling training.
  • Mentorship on professional communication, sales confidence, and phone presence.
  • Structured onboarding into CRM and outreach tools.
  • Ongoing coaching, call reviews, and feedback sessions.
