Role Overview:

We are seeking a dynamic and motivated Assistant Manager to join our team. As an integral part of our leadership, you will work closely with the owner-operators, ensuring smooth operations and exceptional service. This is an exciting opportunity to lead a small team, contribute your ideas, and leave your own mark on our restaurant.

Responsibilities:

  • Oversee daily operations and ensure seamless service

  • Lead, train, and motivate a small team of staff members

  • Assist in inventory management, ordering, and supplier relations

  • Maintain high standards of cleanliness and organization

  • Foster a positive and collaborative work environment

  • Handle customer enquiries and resolve issues promptly

Requirements:
