
Recruitment Administration Officer

- Fixed term, full time VPS Grade 3 opportunity.
- Develop job advertisements and advertise on relevant recruitment platforms such as Careers Vic, SEEK and LinkedIn
- Screen applications and schedule interviews
- Conduct telephone interviews and reference checks
- Facilitate face-to-face assessment activities
- Coordinate pre-employment medicals and security clearances
- Produce employment documentation
- Support the onboarding process
- Maintain databases
- General recruitment administration
- Keen interest in recruitment
- Proven success in providing service excellence
- Proactive and positive approach with a strong team ethic
- High level of professionalism
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills to effectively interact with candidates and stakeholders
- Exceptional attention to detail and strong administrative skills
- Well organised and ability to manage competing priorities and multiple tasks efficiently.
- While recruitment experience is advantageous, it's not a prerequisite as we provide comprehensive training. We value willingness to learn, initiative and commitment.
