INSPIRE Group Program Lead

Are you passionate about leadership, creativity, and supporting people to build their confidence and independence?
We're looking for a motivated and energetic Inspire Program Lead to help deliver engaging, capacity-building experiences to our participants through our group-based Inspire Programs.
As a Lead, you'll:
- Guide and support the day-to-day running of our varied 1 day to 7 day programs (travel involved)
- Provide leadership to support workers and create a safe, inclusive space for participants
- Be the on-the-ground problem-solver and a key link to the Program Coordinator
- Bring your initiative, organisation, and people skills to every session
Availability:
We'll work with your schedule – but once you're rostered onto a program, you'll need to be available for the full program duration plus a few hours of admin the week before and after.
Minimum Requirements:
- Certificate IV in Mental Health
- Experience leading groups (disability, education, or community preferred)
- NDIS Worker Screening Check & WWCC
- First Aid + CPR
- Strong understanding of inclusion, capacity building, and the NDIS
- Commitment to participant choice, dignity, and safety
