Organisation:

Work with one of Australia's market leading, organisations with a purpose to enhance the lives of affected communities. They provide financial services to support the vulnerable across the country on their award-winning platform. They are leaders in the plan management sector, reducing the barriers for people with disability and enabling a more inclusive Australia. They are headquartered in Adelaide CBD, offering flexible working arrangements across Sydney as well. Salary for this position is $165,000 - $175,000 base + super depending on experience.

Role:

As the Salesforce Platform Product Manager you will leading new initiatives from ideation, vision, strategy to prioritisation, roadmap and delivery. They currently have an exciting Salesforce environment with Sales, Service, Experience, Marketing, Einstein, Data-cloud and Agentforce. This role will continuously engage with internal stakeholders to understand their needs and pain points, ensuring their voice is central to platform product enablement. There will be a focus on technical platform upgrades in Salesforce and supporting platforms: Replacing/ releasing platforms, analytics and monitoring, system upgrades, enhancing devops capability, security and testing frameworks.

Key responsibilities:

  • Client-Centric Approach: Continuously engage with Clients and Providers to understand their needs and pain points, ensuring their voice is central to product development

    Vision and Strategy: Contribute to and communicate a compelling product vision and strategy that aligns with company objectives and inspires the team.
  • Outcome-Focused: Define and measure success through clear objectives and key results, focusing on delivering impactful outcomes rather than just outputs.
  • Prioritization and Road mapping: Maintain a well-prioritized product backlog and roadmap that reflects strategic priorities and customer needs. Identify and ensure alignment on the best prioritisation framework for your product area.
  • Continuous Improvement: Encourage a culture of continuous learning and improvement, both within the product team and across the organization.

You will have:

  • 3 + years Product experience: Define program scope, goals, and deliverables that support business goals in collaboration with senior management and stakeholders.
  • Strong understanding of Salesforce capabilities, including Sales, Service and Experience cloud and platform configuration tools.
  • Experience managing platofrom upgrandes, releases, devops and testing
  • Proven ability to manage complex projects, prioritise tasks, and meet deadlines.
  • Experience working with Agile methodologies and tools such as Jira or Trello.
  • Experience leading the strategy design and implementation of initiatives
