Pharmacy Assistant

Join our caring and supportive team at Artisan Chemist, a compounding pharmacy unlike any other on the Sunshine Coast. As the face of our pharmacy, you'll welcome customers, help them feel at ease, and connect them with our custom compounded health and skincare products. We're looking for someone who is naturally warm, approachable, and makes everyone feel comfortable and cared for from the moment they walk in our door.
How your day will look- Make every customer feel welcome and valued, whether in-store, on the phone, or online
- Welcome each customer with a smile, assist with orders, and help brighten their day
- Consistently go above and beyond to delight our customers with caring and attentive service
- Help pack and send orders, adding a personal touch to every package
- Offer warm, tailored skincare guidance to support each customer's needs (once trained)
- You bring warmth, energy, and genuine care to every interaction
- Being around people lifts your spirits and keeps you motivated
- You're always ready to jump in and help when your team or customers need support
- You're comfortable using a computer and emails
- Previous customer service experience is a plus
- We're open Monday to Friday 9-5: no weekends, no public holidays, no nights, no long shifts
- We close for a week over Christmas and New Year
- Learn on the job with practical training
