Pharmacy Assistant (Part-time or Casual)

An excellent opportunity awaits an exceptional Pharmacy Assistant to join a busy Retail Pharmacy team in Birtinya. We are seeking a warm, approachable, and energetic individual to join our team on a part-time or casual basis. The successful applicant will be required to provide exceptional customer service – ensuring all customers are greeted with a smile. School-aged students are welcome to apply.
Your key responsibilities will include:
- Greeting customers in the front of shop
- Providing exceptional customer service
- Continually learning about new products and keeping up-to-date with in store promotions
- Working as part of the LiveLife team to ensure all customers gain 'the best' pharmacy experience
Successful applicants will have the following skills, knowledge and attributes:
- Demonstrate a positive attitude with both customers and team members
- Be an enthusiastic team player
- Ability to live and breathe our Values
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
- Ability to laugh and smile
- Be inspiring and maintain a positive attitude at all times
- Ability to fully engage with your customers as well your team mates
- Retail experience preferred
- Experience working with cash registers (highly regarded)
- Pharmacy experience (not essential)
- Have a great eye for presentation and detail
- Passion for the retail environment
- Attention to detail
The successful applicant will work with a supportive and friendly team. This is position is approx. 25 hours per fortnight. Remuneration will be based on your experience and qualifications.
The Pharmacy is open 7 days per week including some public holidays; shifts may include weekends and evenings.
