In Australia we have a strong pipeline of Windfarm installation and servicing projects to deliver to our major clients.

We are seeking a P6 Planner to join our growing team based in Canberra. This is a national role, supporting our key projects and our services team.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Create and manage detailed schedules for projects and operations.
  • Collaborate with team leads and stakeholders to gather updates and adjust plans.
  • Monitor progress and flag potential delays or conflicts.
  • Generate reports on milestones, resource use, and schedule performance.
  • Support planning meetings with accurate, up-to-date scheduling data.
  • Ensure compliance with internal policies and safety standards.

What You Will Bring:

  • Experience in scheduling, planning, or coordination roles.
  • Proven experience as a P6 Planner on large-scale infrastructure projects.
  • Strong knowledge of Primavera P6 and scheduling best practices.
  • Proficiency in scheduling tools (e.g., MS Project, Excel, Primavera P6 – desirable).
  • Experience producing daily progress reports, KPI updates, and schedule analysis.
  • Excellent communication skills and stakeholder engagement skills
  • Ability to work effectively when working with remote teams.
  • Detail-oriented with strong organisational skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
  • A degree in Engineering, Project Management, or similar is preferred but not essential.
