GROTTO Studio is a growing, design-focused practice delivering bespoke residential and renovation projects across Perth. We are seeking an Architect to join our small team and play a key role in the design and delivery of projects from early concept through to construction.
You will work closely with the director, clients, consultants, and builders to produce thoughtful, well-crafted architecture and clear documentation. The role offers genuine responsibility and variety, with the opportunity to contribute across all stages of the design process.
Essential Requirements
- Registered Architect (or experienced Architectural Technician) with minimum 5 years post-graduate experience
- Advanced Revit proficiency
- Demonstrated experience delivering residential projects in Australia
- Solid knowledge of the NCC and Australian Standards
- Strong attention to detail and a commitment to high-quality outcomes
- Excellent communication and time management skills
Key Responsibilities
- Lead and manage projects from design through to documentation and delivery
- Prepare coordinated, detailed construction documentation using Revit
- Collaborate with clients, consultants, and builders to resolve design and technical challenges
- Participate in site visits and contract administration
- Contribute to the studio's collaborative culture and design vision
