Role Overview:

We are seeking a skilled and detail-oriented Civil Engineering Draftsperson to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for preparing accurate and compliant civil drawings and documentation for residential construction projects.

Key Responsibilities:

· Prepare detailed civil engineering drawings using AutoCAD and other drafting software.

· Collaborate with engineers, architects, and construction teams to ensure design accuracy.

· Interpret and apply relevant building codes, standards, and regulations.

· Assist in the preparation of documentation for council submissions and approvals.

· Update and maintain drawing records and project files.

· Conduct site visits when necessary to gather data and verify design requirements.

Requirements:

Degree or Advanced Diploma or Diploma in related field

Proficiency in AutoCAD and other relevant design software.

Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills.

Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Previous experience in residential construction drafting is highly desirable.
