About the role

Join the dynamic team at Remastone' as a Factory Hand. This full-time position is based in our fully automated manufacturing facility in Bibra Lake, Western Australia. As a Factory Hand, you will play a crucial role in supporting our production processes and contributing to the success of our growing business.

What you'll be doing

  • Operate various machinery and equipment to efficiently manufacture our products
  • Assist with the loading, unloading, and transportation of raw materials and finished goods
  • Perform routine maintenance and cleaning tasks to ensure the safety and cleanliness of the work environment
  • Collaborate with the production team to identify and implement process improvements
  • Adhere to all health, safety, and quality standards to ensure a safe and efficient workplace
  • Participate in training and development opportunities to continuously enhance your skills
  • Hold a valid forklift licence for material handling operations

What we're looking for

  • Previous experience in a manufacturing or production environment, preferably in the Machine Operators industry
  • Minimum of 1-2 years of manufacturing experience
  • Strong mechanical aptitude and the ability to operate various types of machinery and equipment
  • Excellent attention to detail and a commitment to quality and safety
  • Excellent team collaboration and communication skills
  • Willingness to learn and adapt to new processes and technologies
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
  • Australian work rights are essential for this position
