Deltatech International is a Steel Plate Processing business, providing professional cutting services to clients across the construction, manufacturing, fabrication, mining and resources sector.

Joining the Deltatech team you will be part of an experienced and energetic team that is committed to providing quality and flexible solutions to meet our clients' requirements.

Due to continued growth, we are currently expanding our team and looking for General Hands to work at our Hope Valley facility. The positions will be casual positions moving to a permanent position for the right candidates. We are looking for team members who are available for an immediate start for night shift positions.

Job tasks and responsibilities

  • Assisting the CNC Plasma Operators.
  • Overhead crane use to load steel plates on/off the plasma bed.
  • Forklift use to move steel plates.
  • Interpreting work orders and prioritizing based on due date.
  • Communicating effectively with programmers and operators.
  • Keeping work area clean and tidy.

Skills, experience and key features

  • Forklift Ticket is essential.
  • HR Licence is advantageous.
  • Previous experience within a workshop environment.
  • Able to use an overhead crane.
  • Attention to detail important.
  • Positive attitude.
