Tree Lopping Gold Coast provides a unique approach to tree care, tree removal, maintenance and high standard customer service. We have skilled tree loppers which are professionally trained and experienced to offer safe and secure tree services in Gold Coast.

We are seeking a fit and reliable groundsman (Tree Worker) to join our Gold Coast team on full time basis.

Basic duties of the role include; Assisting the arborist and fellow crew, checking fuels, reporting on maintenance, ensuring tools and equipment are stored correctly and operational, dragging green waste, chipping green waste, raking and blowing down yards. These are shared tasks between a crew so the candidate will need to be able to work well in a team environment.

Key Responsibilities

  • Assist with all aspects of tree care, including pruning, removals, and stump grinding

  • Operate and maintain equipment such as chainsaws, wood chippers, and stump grinders

  • Safely load, transport, and dispose of green waste and materials

  • Maintain a clean and hazard-free worksite at all times

  • Work closely with the lead arborist and follow instructions from the crew supervisor

  • Adhere to workplace safety standards and company procedures

Requirements

  • Minimum 2 years' experience in tree work, landscaping, or related outdoor labour

  • White Card (Construction Induction)

  • Truck licence (MR or HR) desirable but not essential

  • Physically fit with the ability to lift and handle heavy materials

  • Strong safety awareness and attention to detail

  • Reliable, punctual, and willing to work collaboratively in a small team

  • Good communication skills and positive work attitude
