Support Worker / Enrolled Nurse / Registered Nurse (Mental Health Experience)

Location: Gippsland & Latrobe Valley, VIC

Employment Type: Casual / Part-time

All Aspects Care Services PTY LTD is seeking compassionate and experienced Support Workers, Enrolled Nurses, or Registered Nurses to join our growing team. We are looking for staff with strong mental health experience and the ability to provide high-quality supports to a female participant with complex needs.

About the Role

You will work directly with our participant, providing person-centred support that promotes safety, independence, and wellbeing. The role requires sensitivity, professionalism, and an understanding of complex trauma. Both male and female applicants are welcome to apply.

Key Responsibilities

  • Provide day-to-day support in line with participant's care plan.
  • Deliver trauma-informed, recovery-oriented mental health support.
  • Assist with daily living, personal care, and community access as required.
  • Support emotional wellbeing and engage participants in meaningful activities.
  • Maintain clear, accurate, and timely documentation.
  • Work collaboratively with the participant, their support network, and the All Aspects Care Services team.

About You

  • Relevant qualifications: Support Worker (Certificate III/IV Individual Support or Community Services), Enrolled Nurse, or Registered Nurse.
  • Demonstrated experience in mental health support.
  • Understanding of complex trauma and trauma-informed practice.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to remain calm and professional in challenging situations.
  • Must hold (or be willing to obtain):
  • NDIS Worker Screening Check
  • Working with Children Check (WWCC)
  • Current First Aid & CPR
  • Current Driver's Licence and reliable vehicle
