Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role, located in Dural, NSW, for a Building Designer / Architect. The primary responsibilities include creating architectural designs, developing building plans, coordinating with consultants, and overseeing construction projects. The role involves managing all aspects of architectural design from concept through completion, ensuring compliance with regulations and client requirements.

Qualifications

  • Building Design, Architectural Design, and Architecture skills
  • Strong project management and organizational skills
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Proficiency in design software (e.g., AutoCAD, Revit)
  • Relevant Qualifications
  • Professional registration as an Architect is a plus
