What the role is about

  • Support the Head and Sous Chef in the day-to-day operation
  • Ensure high standards of food quality and presentation
  • Food preparation and presentation
  • Maintain kitchen hygiene, food safety and compliance internally and with health regulations
  • Manage stock levels and assist with ordering ingredients from suppliers
  • Able to work multiple sections and flexible with hours

Who are we looking for

  • Proven experience in a similar role (essential)
  • Standout attention to detail and presentation skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, high-pressure environment, while still managing to crack a smile
  • Strong organisational and time management skills
  • Food Handlers Certificate
