About the RoleWe're seeking an experienced Multi Skilled Operator to join our team in Muswellbrook, working Monday - Friday.

Working across the washery and pit areas, you'll take on a variety of duties to keep the site clean, safe, and running smoothly.

Your day-to-day duties will include operating a range of machinery such as Moxys, excavators (5t–30t), posi-track/skid steers, watercarts, and tippers.

You'll be responsible for general site clean-up, sump and under-belt cleaning, maintaining pit access and haul roads, performing washery and road maintenance, dam desilting, and assisting with other site service work as required.

About You

You're a confident and safety-focused operator who takes pride in doing a job well. You'll bring:

  • Proven experience operating excavators, Moxys, and posi-tracks
  • Relevant RPLs / VOCs for equipment
  • Ability to pass an Order 43 medical
  • Strong work ethic and a proactive approach to equipment care and maintenance
  • A team-first attitude and willingness to help out with general labouring as required
