Robert Half is currently partnering with several clients across the Perth metro area who are seeking skilled Accounts Payable Officers to assist their finance teams on a contract basis. With a range of assignments available, these opportunities are ideal for professionals who enjoy variety, are adaptable, and can hit the ground running.

Key Responsibilities (depending on the role):

  • End-to-end accounts payable processing
  • Matching, batching, coding, and entering invoices
  • Reconciling supplier statements and managing payment runs
  • Responding to supplier queries in a professional and timely manner
  • Handling credit notes and monitoring payment terms
  • Maintaining accurate vendor records and documentation
  • Supporting the finance team with ad-hoc tasks as required

About You:

  • Previous experience in an Accounts Payable role (high-volume desirable)
  • Strong attention to detail and accuracy in processing
  • Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
  • Ability to adapt quickly to new systems and environments
  • ERP experience highly regarded (e.g. Pronto, SAP, Oracle, Dynamics)
