Looking to make a difference close to home? As a Home Care Worker in Warwick, you'll support older people to live independently and with dignity in their own homes. This role is ideal for someone who values practical care, meaningful connection and being part of a team that puts compassion and integrity at the centre of everything.
What your day will look like….
You'll provide hands-on support with daily tasks like personal care, domestic assistance, transport and social engagement. Working to a roster, you'll visit clients in the community, helping them maintain independence and wellbeing. You'll notice changes, respond with empathy, and communicate clearly with the coordinator and team. Whether it's preparing a meal, offering a listening ear or assisting with mobility, your work will reflect the values of respect, kindness and reliability. In Warwick, you'll be part of a service that's trusted, local and focused on care that truly matters.
