Your Role

As an Assistant Manager or Manager, you'll play a pivotal role in delivering high-quality financial and advisory services while mentoring junior staff and contributing to team success. Key responsibilities include:

• Preparing and reviewing financial statements and tax returns for individuals, companies, trusts, partnerships, and super funds.
• Providing strategic tax planning and business advisory services.
• Leading and reviewing the work of junior team members, sharing knowledge and best practices.
• Analysing financial data and management reports to provide actionable insights to clients.
• Ensuring compliance with current accounting and legal standards.
• Communicating effectively with managers and partners on workflow and team performance.

About you:

What You'll Bring

Essential:

• Degree in Business/Commerce with an Accounting major.
• CA qualification (or equivalent) completed.
• 4–5 years' experience in professional services.
• Strong communication skills and attention to detail.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively.
• Commitment to continuous professional development.

Desirable:

• Experience managing or mentoring a team.
