What You'll Be Doing

  • Get hands-on experience with carpentry tasks: measuring, cutting, installing, and more
  • Keep worksites clean, safe, and organised
  • Learn directly from experienced leaders while working on diverse projects across Melbourne's East, Southeast, Inner City, and the CBD
  • Be part of a structured "2-week lookahead" training program designed to help you grow step by step

About You

  • Completed a pre-apprenticeship OR simply eager to learn and give it a go
  • A team player who can follow instructions, ask questions, and pitch in
  • Organised, punctual, and ready to tackle challenges with a problem-solving mindset
  • Have a driver's licence and reliable transport
  • Physically capable (comfortable lifting 20kg+)
