Join the BioPractica Team as a Practitioner Business Manager (Sales)

BioPractica, as a premium range of Practitioner Only Products, is seeking a field-based Practitioner Business Manager (sales) based in Sydney to join our dynamic team and help us drive growth and build our brands across NSW and the ACT.

About the Role

As a Practitioner Business Manager, you will be a key player in promoting BioPractica and its affiliated brands (including Basica, Magnesium Diasporal, Heel, and Medicine Tree). You will work to deliver great training and support our Practitioners, ultimately boosting sales and building our brand equity.

Key Responsibilities:

· Deliver high-quality, face-to-face training to Practitioners, including naturopaths, nutritionists, and integrative doctors.

· Organise and conduct group trainings to maximise reach in your territory.

· Partner with Distributor sales teams to execute training plans and support top-tier Practitioner customers.

· Maintain strong relationships with Distributor sales teams to achieve mutual success.

· Represent BioPractica and associated brands at industry events and conferences, showcasing our products and engaging with Practitioners.

What We're Looking for:

· Qualifications in Naturopathy or Nutrition, with a deep understanding of naturopathic principles and the science behind natural medicines.

· Experience in field-based training delivery within the natural medicines sector.

· Strong business development skills and confidence in data analysis.

· Excellent communication and relationship-building abilities.

· A proactive, collaborative approach to day-to-day work, and a growth mindset.

· Ability to work both independently and as part of a collaborative, supportive team.

In Practice

Phone and laptop are all provided. You will need to have a driver's licence and comprehensively insured vehicle. You will be provided with a car allowance.
