We are looking for an experienced Project Manager to manage a highly visible and iconic project in Newcastle. 

As the lead Project Manager, you will have a Site Engineer supporting you with all documentation and a Site Manager reporting through to you, play a pivotal role in ensuring the project exceeds quality expectations for the client.

Key Responsibilities;

As the Project Manager, you will be required to oversee the project from start to finish including but not limited to,

  • All finance requirements, keeping budgets and forecasts on track
  • Managing programs and schedule of works
  • Maintaining contract expectations, including any project variations required
  • WHS & QA requirements
  • Leading & Coaching site personnel including subcontractors
  • Liaison with key stakeholders including client and local councils.

About you; 

To be successful within this role, you will need to have demonstrated capacity as a Project Manager, working on Commercial projects and  have the following skills & qualifications, 

  • Bachelor of Construction Management or Civil Engineering and or Trade background
  • Demonstrated knowledge managing projects above $10M, ideally Commercial or High-Rise Residential
  • Strong communication skills and ability to build relationships with internal and external stakeholders
  • Strong WHS practices and quality work
  • Good work ethic and motivation to succeed
