We're looking for casual Support Workers in Armstrong Creek who can bring energy, empathy, and encouragement to support our client to live their best life.

This isn't your average support role — it's about building trust, having fun, and helping someone feel confident enough to try new things (and maybe even beat you in a few games along the way).

What's in it for you?A set roster that actually works for you:

Weekdays: 3pm–6pm | 6pm–10pm (sleepover 10pm–6am) + morning 6am–9am

Saturdays: 5pm–10pm (sleepover 10pm–6am) + morning 6am–8am

Sundays: 8am–12pm | 5pm–10pm (sleepover 10pm–6am) + morning 6am–9am

Experience with:

  • Behaviour support - A calm, supportive approach when managing behaviours.
  • Supporting clients with autism
  • Medication assistance

Your Certificates and Licences

  • NDIS Workers Screening Check (Current)
  • Working with Children Check (Current)
  • Australian Driver's License
  • Comprehensive Insurance on Vehicle
  • NDIS Orientation Module - Quality, Safety and You
  • First Aid and CPR (Current)

Bonus points if you can:

  • Talk strategy over Mario Kart or Fortnite.
  • Bring fresh ideas to keep each shift engaging.
  • Cheer on achievements big and small.

Pay Rates

E3.1 (Casual in home and SIL)

SCHADS Award E3.1 Casual Rates (before tax):

  • Base hourly rate: $35.15
  • Afternoon shift (shift ends between 8pm and midnight, Monday to Friday): $38.67
  • Active Night shift (Finishes after midnight or starts before 6am, Monday to Friday) $39.37
  • Saturday: $49.21
  • Sunday: $63.27
  • Public holiday: $77.33
