Nick & Nora's Parramatta is on the hunt for two part-time or casual Duty Managers (one bar focused and one floor focused) to help lead our glamorous, fast-paced cocktail venue. If you thrive under pressure, love the buzz of a full room, and can keep calm while the champagne tower trembles, this role is for you.

The Role

As a Duty Manager, you'll help run shifts smoothly, support the team on the floor, uphold our high service standards, and take responsibility for end-of-night procedures including cash up. You'll be a right hand to the Venue Manager, ensuring every guest feels like they've stepped into a world of elegance, theatre and late-night revelry. Perfect for a student or someone who wants time to pursue their other interests whilst developing leadership skills and experience.

Job Types: Part-time, Casual

Pay: $30.00 – $50.00 per hour

Expected hours: 20 – 30 per week
