Description

Responsibilities

  • Operate Hook Lift and Front Lift trucks across the Townsville region

  • Collect, transport, and dispose of various waste and recyclable materials

  • Complete daily pre-start and safety checks on vehicles

  • Maintain high standards of service and safety when operating independently

  • Ensure your vehicle and equipment are kept clean and well-maintained

  • Accurately complete relevant documentation and adhere to compliance procedures

Profile

Your Profile

  • Current HR licence with a good driving record

  • Minimum of 1-2 years' experience in the waste industry (essential)

  • Proven experience with Hook Lift and Front Lift trucks

  • Strong safety awareness and commitment to compliance

  • Self-starter with the ability to work independently in a remote environment

  • Customer-focused with a professional and positive attitude

  • Reliable, punctual, and able to deliver consistently in a solo-driver role
